Everyone should have a healthy lifestyle. People habits reflects in their  personal health. The good habits makes a person  physically and mentally healthy. Proper deit with Excercise leads to healthy life.

 


Good habits

Good habits should be followed by everyone. 
Hygienic person faces less health issues, the 
Good habits even personally makes you mentally stable 
The good habits that should be followed before going to office are;
  •    Proper sleep
  •    Morning jogging / walking
  •    Meditation & Excercise
  •    Peaceful shower
  •    Healthy Nutritious breakfast
   

Proper sleep

According to WHO ( world Health Organization) a common man should have a 8 hours of proper sleep. 
 
To sleep properly you must avoid any kind of stuffs that makes ylu awake unnecessary like games ,TV, etc. 

Some people have a habit of hearing songs while sleeping but this should be avoided because hearing high volume for long period of time can damage your ears. Compulsory you must have your dinner before sleep. 
Make  bed comfortable to You before sleep. 


Morning jogging or walking

Morning jogging makes you feel fresh when a morning fresh air hits your body makes that entire day active and Energetic. 
Walking makes your unnecessary fat loss and helps in bone strengthening. 
Morning walk with friends is more benefit . 


Meditation and Excercise

Meditation makes you mentally strong and improves  your mental health . Yoga , the best activity to start a day, it makes you flexible and manage your blood flow and and maintain blood pressure and has some extra benefits too. 

Breathing activity makes your lungs and nostral pathway strong and produce more  oxygen content in blood . 
Excercise makes your body fit and healthy muscles improvise your physical appearance . 

Excercise reduce unwanted fats in your body .
Daily excercise doing helps to maintain a healthy body and improve your confidence when your body posture is great, you will love your self. Some gym people takes morning more protein which helps in muscle gaining. 
More you eat the more you gain. 


Peaceful shower

The shower has a personal touch in every person's life. This is the place where you cry , dance, sing, build yourself , make decisions and dream. 

The shower should be peaceful and happy. The cold showers makes you energetic and make your entire dayq fresh and hot shower helps blood circulation more and also bring you some laziness. 

Whether it is Cold shower or hot shower you must have a Peaceful healthy shower . Regular shower makes your hygiene level increase. 
At least two day once you must shower to avoid bacterial infection over your pubic region and sweating regions which leads to bad smell . 


Healthy breakfast

Break fast is must .  Breakfast should be like whoats, milk chocos, fibre contain rich food and avoid rice at morning. Even some salads are recommend for healthy breakfast. After break fast a glass of milk is enough for perfect breakfast. 

No junk food at morning, because it may damage your emty stomach and leads to stomach pain. 
Every person should follow these habits to make a  morning startup healthier and thus makes them to lead a healthy life for them.
